Spa Policies

It is important to us that your experience here be an enjoyable one. Please let us know if there is anything our team can do to accommodate you while in our Spa areas.

We work as a team, and are pleased when clients feel comfortable to work with all members. If your regular technician is not available at the time you desire an appointment, or if you would simply enjoy a fresh point of view, please feel free to schedule an appointment with whomever you wish.

Prices

All prices of Roman Skin & Body Care are subject to change without notice. Spa prices do not include gratuity – Gratuities are appreciated. We accept Visa, American Express and MasterCard.

Late Arrivals

We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times & will be responsible for full service fees.

Cancellations

All spa packages and multiple treatments require a credit card reservation for first time clients. Our  cancellation policy is required for single service one hour or more must be made 48 hour prior to scheduled appointment. The spa reserves the right to charge $75 for no-shows or cancellations after the specified time period. Multiple services on the same day for two hours or more may require additional notice. Otherwise, clients are subject to a charge of half the price of scheduled services for last minute rescheduling or missed appointments. We thank you for your cooperation.

 

Reservations

Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. Due to the complexity of scheduling our Spa Packages, we suggest calling for an appointment as far in advance, at least 2 weeks, if possible. Single services usually can be accommodated within 1-2 weeks. Our suggestion is to make your next appointment before leaving the spa. A credit card or gift certificate is required to reserve all spa services.

We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to handle any paperwork if you are a first time client, or to get situated & ready for your experience.
