Shipping policy
Roman Skin & Body carefully prepares and packages every order so it arrives safely and promptly.
Order processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET are processed the following business day.
- Processing may take slightly longer during high-volume periods.
- You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the delivery method you choose. Estimated delivery times:
- Standard shipping (U.S.): 3–5 business days
- Expedited shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Free shipping
We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99 (before taxes and after discounts).
Order tracking
When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Roman Skin & Body is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, check the tracking information and contact the carrier. If you still need help, contact us and we will help start a claim.
Damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. See our Refund Policy for details.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
