We sell our own Roman Skin Care line and professional skincare, cosmetics, and body care from other brands, and we offer spa services by appointment. We sell to consumers within the United States.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged the price displayed at the time you complete your order.
We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use that payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate.
In the event of a pricing error on our website, we reserve the right to cancel any order placed at the incorrect price and notify you prior to fulfillment. You will not be charged for a cancelled order.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout based on the shipping destination.
6. Orders & Order Confirmation
Receipt of an order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
If we cancel your order after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

8. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes the 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Roman Skin Care products and our 30-day return terms for other brands.
9. Spa Services
Spa appointments are subject to our Spa Policies, including reservation, cancellation, and late-arrival terms. Please tell your esthetician about any allergies, medications, skin conditions, or recent procedures before your treatment. Individual results from spa services vary.
